Spring Meditation



Find a nice spot outdoors, in the woods, in the park or by the lake. Sit under a blooming tree or bush (lilac) feel the meadow, the grass or the ground beneath you, put the backs of your two hands relaxed on your thighs.

Relax your face, back, hips and legs. Inhale the wonderful lilac scent ten times. Close your eyes and imagine yourself bathing in a sea of ​​purple lilacs.

At the same time, you straighten up, straighten your spine, and balance your head toward the sky. Imagine that the sea of ​​flowers carries you up to the clouds, light and soft...

The tension is relieved from the shoulders, back and chest. Everything becomes loose, the tension flows into the purple clouds.

Take another 10 breaths of the lilac scented air. Visualize the lightness and looseness in your muscles and feel the relaxation in your body.
The clouds carry you. Let yourself be carried away for a while or gradually move into the here and now.

Sit still for a few minutes and feel. You feel good, you are with yourself.

After a few minutes, gently bring yourself back. Place your palms together in front of your heart, bow, take a deep breath of the delicious flavored air.

Put your hands back on your thighs. You slowly raise your head and open your eyes. The earth carries you.
