This mixture makes every griller's heart beat faster. Ideal for dark meat, potatoes and strong root vegetables.
Taste: Classy, fiery and with a fine smoky note.
Application: Mix the seasoning with twice the amount of oil, brush the food with it and leave to soak for a few hours. Purists grill "pure" and then season!
