The Malabar Coast is not only one of the oldest, but also one of the best pepper-growing regions in the world. And this pepper comes from exactly this region, the Indian state of Kerala. Malaber pepper is practically the "little brother" of Tellicherry pepper. Peppers from this region are characterized by a particularly high content of essential oils and are therefore very aromatic.
