Chakras are so-called energy centers that are connected by energy channels - nadis, and these nadis connect our physical and subtle bodies. The chakras are located down the spine, as are the energy channels, nadis (sushumna and pingala). The chakra teaching comes from the extensive yoga philosophy. In yoga in particular, there are 7 main chakras, which are all connected to one another by energy channels. Each chakra is represented by a symbol made of petals and its own color. There is the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the brow chakra and the crown chakra. These chakras have different functions, which influence the organ functions and the circulation and thus also the hormone levels, feelings and thoughts.
