Pyramid salt is also known as snowflake salt.

This special sea salt is won on Cyprus and is one of the finest salts in the Mediterranean. Similar to Maldon Salt, it has a very special crunchy texture.

Taste: salty with a special haptic component - the small pyramids crunch on the tongue

Use: fine table salt or finger salt (the small leaves can be easily crushed between your fingers - probably the most sensual way of salting...) for fish, meat and BBQ specialties, for example
