Where is the heart chakra-the anahata located?
The heart chakra- the Anahata is the 4th of the seven chakras. The heart chakra is located in the center of the breastbone and sits at the center of all chakras. The heart chakra is located at the level of the thymus gland. The heart chakra corresponds to the heart, lungs and thymus gland. The heart chakra is referred to as the energetic center of unconditional love and immeasurable joy.
Why should you activate your heart chakra?
Anyone who has meditated knows how much it can ground us, bring us back to ourselves and our bodies when we have periods,
in which our heads are constantly working.
So meditation is nothing more than a practice of mindfulness and connecting with this moment.
But we can just as well focus on exactly what helps us to get into a certain state through meditation.
Be it more compassion, love or just calm.
So, just as well, through meditation with the Heart Chakra, Anahata Chakra, we can have more compassion, love, and connection to ourselves and
activate to others.
How can you strengthen your heart chakra?
If you feel like trying this out, here is a little heart meditation from me on how you can strengthen your heart chakra, the Anahata, for you.
Find a comfortable sitting position where your back is as upright as possible and your heart is open. Your eyes are very gently closed
your shoulders relaxed and your breathing flows freely and calmly.
Let your breathing carry you more and more into your body and settle down exactly where you are sitting.
Deepen your breathing for a few breath cycles and when you
If you have the feeling that you are slowly arriving in your body, bring your breathing back to its natural rhythm.
Now imagine a warm green light in the center of your chest
which becomes more and more luminous with every inhalation. Try with everyone
Exhale to let go of any negative feelings that may be there, allowing your body to become lighter and broader.
Breathe into this space again and let warm green light into you. If
Once this light has manifested in your heart space, focus on the love and warmth within you.

Which mantra helps you to strengthen your heart chakra - the anahata?
The mantra “I am love and compassion” that you repeat internally helps you to strengthen your heart chakra.
As you sit here in connection with yourself and your focus on your heart chakra, you may feel these feelings shift
of compassion and love for you and others spreading more and more in this moment.
Meditation with the heart chakra helps you to free yourself from negative feelings, to heal and to feel and allow more compassion.
Remain in this meditation for a few more moments and only come back when you feel your senses outside again
to be able to judge. End the meditation with your chin
Bend to your breastbone and thank yourself for taking this time.
Now slowly open your eyes, head down, and only when your vision has become clear slowly raise your head.
Feel free to repeat this meditation so that the effect of it manifests itself more and more in you.
