Cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper or ginger - what can the spices in tea do?

Cinnamon: Cinnamon has a wonderful, intoxicating scent. Cinnamon stimulates the appetite, with its high proportion of tannins and essential oils it has a disinfecting effect. Cinnamon stimulates metabolism by helping to transport glucose into cells. This prevents constipation, flatulence and a feeling of fullness.
